I can't keep myself from crying so hard whenever I listen to Hero Of War by Rise Against. So I stopped listening to it but last week I accidentally clicked it and cried so much. I was glad no one could see me.
I have to be totally emotional or I have to just had a beer or two. Either way, it feels kinda relaxing. And if that makes me a sissy, oh well, what the fuck?
I really don't cry all that often... I have to be really depressed or stressed out. Some songs/television/books are really touching, but it takes a LOT to get some tears out of me when it comes to fiction.
Only when it's the cello. The sound of a cello is gorgeous and I love it, but there's something that's so full of sorrow in it and I can barely refrain myself from crying when I hear some.
It's not that I'm sad or whatever, it's just that some songs are just powerful to me. I feel like a sissy or something when I do. Made me feel like Christian Bale in Equilibrium.
Usually it's hymns that make me cry. Occasionally some songs will remind me of broken hearts, too. ("The Closest Thing" got me every time for quite a while...)
