I love strolls and long walks, so I'll say walking. I also like short bursts of sprinting. But not jogging. xD

I usually walk really fast, though. =O I guess it comes with being a New Yorker.

Anything faster than a slightly brisk walk makes me really really tired. I'm way out of shape but I've never ever been in shape enough to run any real distance, so it's just a fact to be accepted. Walking is quite pleasant sometimes though.
